2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, purchases, and agreements made through the Ted Marone webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Offer and Agreement

  • All products and prices on the website are carefully presented.

  • Obvious errors or mistakes (e.g., pricing or typographical errors) do not bind us.

  • An agreement is concluded once you have placed an order and received an email confirmation from us.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.

  • Any shipping costs are indicated separately during the checkout process.

  • Payment must be made via the offered payment methods (e.g., iDEAL, PayPal, or credit card).

5. Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within the specified delivery time.

  • Deliveries are made to the address you provide.

  • Delays may occur but do not entitle you to compensation.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

  • After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

  • We will refund the purchase amount within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned products.

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Exceptions: underwear, socks, and gift cards cannot be returned for hygiene or practical reasons.

7. Complaints and Warranty

  • We strive to deliver perfect products.

  • If an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible via support@tedmarone.com.

  • We provide warranty in accordance with Dutch law.

8. Liability

  • Ted Marone is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products.

  • Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, photos, texts, and logos on the Ted Marone website are the property of Ted Marone and may not be used or copied without permission.

10. Applicable Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

  • Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
