Warranty Period
All Ted Marone Limited items come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Please note: this warranty does not cover stones. Stones that come off are excluded if the issue is a known complaint or production characteristic.

Defective Items
If your item has a defect, we’re here to help. Simply email a photo of the item to webshop@tedmarone.co.uk. Our team will review it promptly and provide a suitable solution.

Warranty Card
Your invoice serves as your warranty card. Keep it safe, it’s your proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
