We ship from Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Delivery is available within the Netherlands, the EU, and selected international destinations.

2. Delivery Times

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days

• Europe (EU): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Note: Delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

• Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €75; otherwise €4.95

• EU: Free shipping on orders over €150; otherwise €9.95

• International: Rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout

4. Track & Trace

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package.

5. Customs and Import Duties

For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Delayed Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs procedures.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, report it within 48 hours of receipt via support@tedmarone.com. We will provide a suitable solution at no extra cost.
